Step 1: Initial Contact

If you have any inquiries regarding the technical issues of your purchased SolaX inverter, you can choose to contact SolaX Technical Team or your assigned Raystech Sales Account Manager. The contact details are as below:

Step 2: Troubleshooting

Once the request is received, Solax Global Team will arrange for their technical specialists to get in touch via phone or onsite to undertake some troubleshooting protocols. 

Step 3: Claim Process

If the issue is determined as a warranty issue, a claim number will be issued. Solax Technical Team will investigate the faults and process the warranty claim. 

Step 4: Claim Approval

Solax Technical Team will finalise the warranty claim and provide a final solution within 72 hours after the first response. 

Step 5: Stock Dispatch

You can choose to pick up your replacement parts/inverter from Solax Melbourne warehouse or any Raystech warehouses. The addresses are listed as below:

Step 6: Stock Return

You are required to return the faulty inverter to either Solax or Raystech in order to claim your $150+GST installation reimbursement. 

For the installation reimbursement:

If you choose to send the inverter back to Raystech, the reimbursement will be credited to your Raystech account and can be used for your next order.

If you choose to send the inverter to Solax, the reimbursement will be paid to your designated bank account within 3-5 business days.
